The moment we met her we knew that her positive energetic personality was a great fit for us and that she would not give up until we found exactly what we were looking for. We kept shifting what we thought we wanted (an older 1970s bungalow that we could renovate and have a basement rental) but as we saw places with her we realized that if we went a bit further east to Courtice we could get a better deal on a bigger house and not have to rent the basement but could if we wanted to. She kept up every step of the way - gave brilliant advice and even helped us find contractors for some improvements once we signed the deal. We now have our dream home and investment for our future.

Although I had initially planned to use Purple Bricks, Suzanne provided me with some education and information which shifted my plan. Not only did I get much more money than anticipated for my home, the process Suzanne took me through to get ready for the sale was excellent. She had professional cleaners, stagers and photographers come in and handled the 65 plus showings and open house. After my sale, she continued to be of great value with several trustworthy connections to contractors to help me with my new home. Can't say enough about her!
