★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very rude. I started asking a question and the lady spewed out an answer before I was done. Her attitude was atrocious. The tax added is unrealistic. Why am I paying $3 in tax for an already overpriced six pack? The hours are ridiculous and this entire store needs to be shut down or at the very least improved in terms of customer service, pricing, and hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful and seemed to know their wines. The selection is not as vast as say government liquor stores but the staff are way more knowledgeable. The location is pretty central downtown which is a plus. Would recommend if need to bring a wine to a get together but unsure what to get or just to buy a beverage for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too overly priced for the quality, you can get the same quality for $20 less in any other wine store. Customer service is terrible!. I find this place doesn't give you a piece of mind to actually look at what your buying, the woman at the counter comes down and asks am i looking for something and of course i am looking for a nice bottle of wine and actually know what I'm looking for. I said I'm fine and then she goes and tells the guy to come over and speak with me, which he asks me the exact same thing and tries to convince me to buy overly priced wine. Very uncomfortable experience and I wont be returning to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great wine but very poor customer service. The gentleman and older lady are always super helpful friendly and nice but the caucasian lady who wears glasses in her middle years is the issue. She is very condescending, rude and downright sour!!!! Being a person that shops here all the time, I thought i had an isolated incident but eventually when all your friends say the same thing then its not a coincidence. The rest of the google reviews about this particular lady shows you just how poor her customer service is and this place is going to lose business if nothing is done! Lady i hope you deal with whatever issues are troubling you.
