From the moment I walked in she was welcoming and easy going, making the experience much more enjoyable! It wasn't as painful as i thought it was, she definately knows what shes doing! The spa is private and really clean! And there's never any hassle with parking. And with the sugaring, my hair is SO fine now, she's done an awesome job. She makes you feel so comfortable and I don't think we stopped talking and laughing the entire time. The spa is very clean and cozy, it's a good place to go through the pains of hair removal (although this was one of the less painful experiences I've had at spas). Overall, you can tell she cares about you and your wellbeing, not just the business side of things.

Maureen is great. She’s very informative, professional and very comforting! Of course I was nervous as things get personal quick but her personality makes you feel so comfortable quickly. I also have very sensitive skin and have bad reactions to normal waxing but not sugaring, it is way more gentle on the skin. Will definitely be returning to The Sugar Lady Spa!
