It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten a call so I called in to check if the contacts arrived already only to find out that they never ordered them two weeks ago. What a disappointment. The lady I was speaking with about this inquiry said she'll call me back but never did as well.

They also have a huge selection of glasses of which the staff is more then willing to help with find a pair that best suits you. I highly recommend going to Spectrum for the top notch service.
