★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy at all with their response time and the way the conduct their Business.
I was planning a last min massage for my wife on her birthday for the next day, so I emailed them if they had space for a couples massage. I got a response back from them at 2:05 PM saying they could fit my wife and myself in at the same time the next day. I responded to them by 2:07 PM 2 mins after they sent the email to me say please go ahead and book us..
1 hr and 20 mins later I get a response back saying they booked the one spot on me with someone else.
If they knew I was interested they would have looked for my response email before booking someone else it's not like I waited 2 hrs to confirm I confirmed within 2 mins...
What a waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big salon and spa in downtown Belleville. It is worth the trip from Trenton. The women that do waxing are gentle but precise. I go here for my eyebrows everytime I am in town. The staff are wonderful and the place is always spotlessly clean. They do almost everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get my hair done by Mikayla, and she is absolutely terrific. I love the environment here. And although the services cost quite a bit more than the more "average" spots in town, these guys do a fabulous job and are well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a gift card for my Birthday to the Spah,The moment I walked in,I was very impressed,I had a RMT massage,Sorry I forget girls name, but it was wonderful and she was so knowledgeable,next I had a brow wax by Kayla, followed by a pedicure,very relaxing,pedi chairs so comfortable,beautiful spot,Will be returning at some point.Thank you ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Brazilian I've received in several years. The photo says it all. This was my second time at this "spa". The first time, my only issue was there were missed spots but I very rarely get a perfectly clean Brazilian. This time, I was put with Nadine who was going through the procedure so quickly it made me a bit nervous. I said something like wow you're very quick and she replied she had been doing this for many years. Well, a second later, she put hot wax on an area that should not have wax on and when she pulled she ripped my skin right with it! I immediately knew something was wrong because of how it hurt. She tried to continue then stopped and covered me with a towel and said she was going to stop for minute because it "Seemed my skin is very sensitive right now". When I looked down I was horrified! She said it happens a lot -- THIS HAS NEVER happened to me in the 10 years I've been getting waxed. Imagine, she then said she would give me a discount on the price LOL. I wasn't going to pay ANYTHING. The manager cared so much she didn't come out to speak with me when I asked for her and she also didn't call me back like her receptionist said she would that day. Still no follow up days later! Great way to show your customers you care :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend had never had a professional massage before, so after looking through reviews I settled on The Spah, and booked us a couples massage. The staff were all extremely pleasant to interact with, friendly, helpful, and professional as well. Our masseuses were very great at what they do. Would HIGHLY recommend The Spah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked a facial here and it was amazing! kayla was super professional and created a very calm environment, the products felt lovely on my skin and i really felt pampered. the rooms are nicely decorated and cozy too. overall it's a great, ultra-relaxing experience and my skin's glowing. i can't wait to go back!
