★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered yesterday at 4pm. It says as along as you order before 9. I still have not received my order...so Delivery is terrible. No guaranteed times which apparently can mean days before they deliver your products. Rude on phone. Much better products at True North and cheaper there too.

The person who served me today, Veronica, did a wonderful job. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. My order was ready and everything doublechecked. It was a great experience!

I won third prize for the Christmas giveaway and it was also one of the smoothest processes. The manager was super uplifting and provided all the details about when i could pick up my gift card!! When i showed up, staff was aware I was coming in, no confusion on what I was talking about and I got a super nice congratulations and big smile from the two gentleman who were working.
Definitely love the vibe and atmosphere of this store, especially this location!!
