1. Its staff are rude and arrogant. Would they be as rude to white folk? I don't think so.
2. Their massages are not professional. You'll receive a better massage from your non-professional friends than the assumedly professionals in Spa'logy.
3. Their facials are pointless and their towels stink. They point a few stinky creams on your face and cal it a facial.
4. They rush everything and you end up wondering why!
5. For such terrible services they over charge you.
Conclusion: stay away and save your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great massage with Jolene. I had recently broke my ankle after a fall, my body was a mess. As soon as I got up from the table I felt like a million bucks. Thank you for your wide range of skills and your amazing talent, I will definitely be back. The front end staff was great also. I love that you accept direct billing. I will be back, thanks Spa’logy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedicure nail technician was incredibly rude to my 75 y/o guest regarding her choice of polish and footwear which resulted in my guest walking out of the salon barefoot based on the technicians recommendation. When I spoke with the manager to provide feedback about my experience she was condescending and incredibly rude. Instead of trying to remediate the situation I was told that I am wrong and was not offered an apology. I have never experienced customer service this poor. Will not be repeating this experience.
*EDIT from original review:
1. An insincere apology after asking for one is not really an apology
2. I did explain to you why gel polish was not used
3. Was not going to further embarrass my guest by making a scene in front of her at your reception area when asked how the service was. When we were leaving we were discussing the ridiculous experience which is why we were laughing. The experience was awful.
4. We were declined our request to stay in an area to let the nail polish dry and given the only option of walking out barefoot. I have never gone to any salon that didn't provide alternative footwear for pedicures, even the suggestion of walking out barefoot is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a very expensive pedicure with shellac finish. The pedicure room was lined up with the front door and it was cold out, so every time anyone opened the main door I froze. Was promised the extended foot/calf massage and it was short and poorly done. I was disappointed in the lack of color selection for shellac and had to settle on a color. Also, the next day my feet were still rough and scaley feeling.
On the plus side, the aesthetician was super nice and the spa had a nice ambiance.
I will not return for a pedicure. I don't recommend the pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, I've been to many spas and this one by far is my favorite. Ladies are nice and you get complementary tea (lots to choose from). We got the couples pedicure and totally worth it! I love the fondue and lots of nail colors to choose from. Will be back !! Our new favorite spot to go now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our local Massage Centre and so lucky it's close by. The Service is excellent. The text and email reminders for appointment confirmation is great. The atmosphere and ambience is spot on. We come almost every 2 weeks for a couple's massage and feel so rejuvenated. The treats and coffee afterwards is something I always look forward too even though I don't want the massage session to end.
I recommend the hot stone, especially if you like hot towels or heat. Also do the couple's massage, both of you will enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy online booking. The atmosphere when you walk in is calming and nice. The spa is clean. The techs who did mine and my daughter's Mani/pedi were great!
Great place to go for a spa day with your kid!
Tip: they'll serve you coffee/tea....so skip bringing your own!
