★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good things must come to an end. Like every big retail business they can’t seem to keep a good staff here and they don’t offer any incentive to have them hang around. The current manager seems more interested in getting out for a smoke than actually helping you and I overheard her blame a customer for moving an item rather than honouring a price error. Not great customer service practices. On top of that the overzealous sales approach needs to end. We know what we want, and if we don’t we will come ask you. It really is a shame what this place has become because this place used to have a stellar group working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard mixed news about who the manager is, the lady in there claiming to be manager is more interested in getting her next smoke and complaining about customers rather than helping.

(staying past his working hours to help my parents get new services and phones) He’s so kind, funny and patient. I would recommend anyone to come to the Trail Source and work with Dhar. When I come back, that’s who I’ll be looking for. Thanks for everything Dhar! Our family truly appreciates it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the most tedious and painful 4 days of dealing with the aftermath of having my phone stolen, the guys at the source were FANTASTIC at working with me to get my new phone plan working and advocated for me as their customer in every way they could. They waited on hold and called phone number after phone number so I could walk away with a working phone as well as upgrading me to a better plan! Super happy and very grateful :)
