★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was advised that there was PlayStation available. I had called to check to see if there was one available, as I wanted to purchase one for my son. When I arrived Guarav aggressively told me that they did not have any in stock and demanded I leave the store. When I had seen someone leave with a PlayStation before. This employee should not have a job. He should be forced into a customer service program, to learn about racism. I’m pretty sure he immigrated to the country not too long ago, therefore he should not be racist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the Internet the price fir the printer was $79.99, and the sale price will end on Thursday. So I went and was told the sale was over, shocked and disappointed. Misleading info. I dislike this unethical business practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend this place for sure. Also you would find a sales representative Anas who is really a friendly person and good sales representative. He helped me get my new mobile after arriving to Canada. He understood my financial situation since I am a student and gave suggestions that helped me a lot. If you need to buy some good electronics with nice hospitality I would always recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing an item, the manager of the store who was cashing me out decided to give me 20 less dollars of what I was owed. I'm saying it's missing change but this isn't change, it is a 20 dollar bill. How do you forget to add an extra 20 dollar bill. He even said "$43.51 is your change" while giving me half of it. Terrible experience and even worse that it was coming from the manager. After telling him I was given the wrong amount he replied with attitude. Maybe he was suprised. I'd be suprised too if I was giving customers half of their change. Trying to scam young people is very unprofessional, but you will get the benefit of the doubt and say it was a mistake. After reading recent reviews it seems like bad management isn't anything new to this store. What I deserve is compensation for this terrible service, what I will get is the same copy pasted reply that this management uses for every negative review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think her name is Rahman, she was extremely helpful towards me and my girlfriend today, she kindly talked through the process of the exchange and did not mess us about, I defiantly would recommend speaking to her if you have any issue with an item or need general information about anything. I personally will not be speaking to any other staff member if I have a future issue with any product since the result I was getting from the other staff was "there is nothing we can do". For this I rate Rahman 5 stars as I am a happy satisfied customer. Thank you.
