Later the same day, I realized my old supplier had made a mistake on my last order, so I quickly phoned the sounding stone and added another item to my order. My two orders, paid for with two transactions, all made it into one box and arrived REALLY quickly, and well-packaged. The fellow I spoke with was friendly and very helpful, and on top of that, their prices are lower than my old supplier. I’ll definitely be ordering from The Sounding Stone from now on !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried all the Canadian online pottery suppliers and Sounding Stone is the best. I’ve had an issue with an order, but at least the customer service staff was able to explain and correct the situation. I’ve not had the same luck with PSH or Amaranth.

I've bought different type of clay and fantastic glaces for making my projects. These are some of the nice ones. Having fun with pottery :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this storefront a few times and every time I go in the guys working seem really standoffish and annoyed when I ask for help or advice. Not everyone is experienced so maybe try being a bit friendlier and cracking a smile once in a while.
Good selection of tools
Mediocre customer service besides one lady I dealt with. She was nice.
