The brunette waitress wouldn't even ask us if we wanted another drink wanted another drink, how our food was l, asked for lemons ,she never bothered coming back wouldn't even make eye contact with us.. I don't think this place is going to make it.

But lately last few times the waitresses are rude, The bartender with the glasses is rude. Where is the management? This is how these companies don’t last because they don’t oversee and allow their employees to get away with their rude behaviour towards their guests. Our waitress didn’t even ask us if we were ready to order, threw our drinks down told us about some pizza that was on special and walked away. I had to call her back to tell her we were ready to order and she had attitude. Done with this place ,so sad. Not to mention how empty the place is and that says a lot about it. They either need to crack down on the rude Employees they hire or they will tank. Disappointing. Update… Decided to go there again the other day. It was the same. The dark haired waitress her name began with a J I believe was awful, couldn’t be bothered with us, never asked how our food was or if we needed another drink, nothing! Why do they hire these non engaging unfriendly people. The older waitress had to keep helping us and it wasn’t even her area. The bartender was very nice this time.

Food was delicious I had the firecracker burger with sweet potato fries and one of the specialty mocktails. Great food and a great, clean, friendly, building and staff. Would recommend.

The food there is pretty good and there is live entertainment there on the weekends. I really adore their chicken strips and fries and also the shepherd's pie. I brought some friends there awhile back and they really liked the place too. The staff there seem pretty nice too and the place does seem to get good business. I also like the fact that there are no minors allowed. The only downside I saw to this was when I went to the restrooms; they were down a small hall that had, at the time, these large barrels sitting in the hall. And I was thinking about how that could possibly pose issues to someone with mobility issues or someone who has a wheelchair. But other than that, it was all very nice!
