★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their juicy burgers! I like that they ask the customer's preferences on their burgers (pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.) so it's tailored fit to the customer's palate. Also it doesn't waste on ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a chicken wrap it was terrible pick it up to take a bite it all fell apart I should have returned it but I was really hungry.. and the last half Iof the wrap just picked the chicken out of it and threw it in the garbage.. that was a waste of my money I would not order here again very disappointed??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food that I have eaten from here in the past is amazing, but today I am disappointed with the pizza. Way to much pepperoni the cheese was rubber like and the salt holy way to drive up blood pressure.... I just know not to order the pizza anymore, it's not gonna ruin my experience with the shack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time order and I ordered a chicken UFO. One good thing about it was how much you get. It was way bigger then expected and tons of fries. However it was icky. Willing to order again and hopefully my rating changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Shack the other night to grab a baked spaghetti ?. Staff was great, got home and food was still hot. Baked spaghetti tasted great, lots of cheese and veggies and sauce was good too. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gravy I've had in years but I thought I was getting curds with my poutine... I was never offered the choice so that was disappointing. Then for my pizza, it still had plastic wrap from I assume is the shaved pepperoni, and not very edible. It also was very salty. This was not a very good pizza for the taste buds or the tummy. Too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant people. Hot food ready on time. We picked ours up. Free poutine with our pizza. This is the Shack special pizza. Loaded with meats, very good. Sorry no pictures of the deep fried pickles I ate them all. ? Needless to say they were good!
