Wow is all I have to say. I have worked in retail / fashion for many years and have a vast awareness of brands and pricing. The prices in this place are almost comical. It's sad to see people not be able to afford to shop at a thrift store anymore. It seems to be all about greed. Jackets here range from $25-$100, you will literally not find anything cheaper. A pair of American Eagle pants were $29.99 - A HOLLISTER HOODIE WAS $29.99 IS THIS A JOKE?! ALMOST RETAIL. Do yourself a favor an avoid this place, just go to the mall, it's cheaper. The pricers clearly have 0 idea what they're doing. Sad.

They do not exchange or return in 5 mins. Be careful with payment. They do not allow to exchange. Value village is so much better.

Went in for a rain coat. Found one but it didn't have a tag so they priced it. $49.99 !!!! It wasn't even that much brand new! Complete rip off and the worker just shrugged her shoulders. Who is making these decisions? Clearly not people that haven't gone without a meal!! Salvation army is supported through donations and is suppose to be helping people!!.. what a joke. In addition to my horrible experience, they were hassling a man and wouldn't let him leave the store. They accused him of stealing when he left all his bags at the door!! Discriminating much?

My mom, sister and I loved to shop here almost every day spending hundreds of dollars(thousands). Until our experience today with a rude staff. She told us to get out of the lane where materials were kept (IN BINS) on the floor. In a very rude manner (she pretty much yelled at us) she told us to move away from that isle as we were blocking other costumers in her point of view. She could have asked us to move nicely instead of being rude. The only reason why my sister was on the floor sitting is because she can’t really bend as her back is currently injured and there’s no other way to look at the items that was inside the bins(I was standing beside her holding my baby girl). We did move out of that isle as we thought a costumer wanted to get through, but not even one person walked past in there for the past 20 mins were out of the isle. We had a lot of items in the cart but we decided to put them back as we really were dumbfounded as to how that staff talked to us. We are probably not going to shop here again.

Much nicer than VV and cleaner. The prices are really good too. I was surprised by how cheap stuff was after years of going to other places. Also, there’s no smell.

typical thrift store they overcharge for items with ANY type of brand on them dont matter the condition and personally i find it to be a major insult to charge someone 39.99 for a lululemon with stains and rips all over it

Price is very high for a thrift store. They used to be cheaper than value village, not anymore. I only go when there's 50% off. Hospice thrift store and Talize have better price, go there instead.

This is a good place to find used house wear. But for clothing, their price is way to high. Used cloth but winners price. They even sell H&M more expensive than H&M. It is a free market I guess.
