★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have been to a few second hand stores on the island, you would know that their selection and inventory are not great on top of their high prices. Some similar items such as fabrics are priced twice or three times as high as other second hand stores.
Moreover, if you think you found a bargain, you are more than likely told at the checkout counter that the item was mis-priced. This happened again a few days ago when I brought two identical items to them and the prices were different. The honorable thing for them to do would have been to match the higher priced item with the lower priced item. Instead, they first tried to change both prices, then said the lower priced item was changed by somebody, which prompted the customer behind me who I never met to step up and say that the price stickers do not appear to have been manipulated at all. Then another employee came up and said that the sticker on the lower priced item is not in the same place as the sticker on the other item. How absurd can this be? I had no idea that at this store the persons doing the pricing are that meticulous as to find a certain favoured spot for all the donated goods. If you want a circus show when you shop there, you are in the right place.

I walked away with this little trolley. In good shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't impressed with mislabled fitted sheets. Tag said single but was actually a double. I called and they said they had 2 put aside for me to pick from and exchange. I drove 15 mins to do the exchange only for them to say sorry, we measured and they're wrong too. No singles, find something else in store. I had already looked around, so went to cashier to ask for a store credit as it was their fault. She says sorry we don't do store credits. I left the sheet and walked out. Won't be going there again nor will I donate there after that. I lost $5 and left the sheet there as I have no use for the wrong size. Plus, wasted gas hoping to do an exchange. Poor customer service.
