This is an amazing and wonderful place and GOD sent to families with sick kids far away from their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place!!!!! Wonderfully fantastic staff, very helpful and supportive, there should be more places for families in need like this. It was simply a miracle when we needed one the most. Respectful and safe with so many things todo and help calm your thoughts. Craft room with all the bells and whistles for supply's and ideas. Games room with all shorts of toys and children activities. A nice movie room with lots of comfortable seating and DVDs, xbox and playstation games. Outdoor play area with playhouse and other activities. Outside patio and eating area. Large triple kitchen ! With plenty of seating. Just Remarkable!!!!!!! Thank you a thousand times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is a lovely place and the amenities are wonderful, communication is lacking. Miscommunication and last minute room cancelations makes it stressful for out of town families that are facing surgery. The three star rating is strictly based on poor communication and not the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeneece place was such a wonderful place to stay. It helped with the stress of having a baby in the NICU and being so far from home. The staff and volunteers were amazing and assisted my family and I immensely for the weeks we stayed there. God Bless you all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm staying here while my daughter is admitted. The staff works hard to make sure we are comfortable. There is always food available, and the other forward are kind, if not always friendly. Having a place like this to stay during this difficult time relieves a layer of stress. I know I can get a how shower, some healthy food, and a good night's rest. There is a large game room, a huge media room, and an additional activities room for kids. I can do my laundry and it doesn't cost me extra. I'm so grateful for Jeneece Place!
