★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was crowded and only a bartender had the entire restaurant. This is a testament to the service and Erica for working hard with no manager or other service member to support. Food was good and specials were also appealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very positive Uber eats experience from here. They cut a little hole in your takeout box so your food doesn’t get soggy like it often does when delivered . It’s the little things that I always appreciate. Food was as good as when I dine in there. Will definitely order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Thursday, I went to the Royal Windsor Pub with a friend. It was not very busy, 1/3 full. Two servers buzzed past us over a dozen times, but failed to make an eye contact. Finally, Erika, I believe was her name, came by. She went to clear a table, removed the dirty glasses and proceeded to sit us down. She did not clean the table. There were some spills on it, and my friend asked her to wipe it. She went away, and we waited 15 minutes, but no show. She served others but totally ignored us. Finally, we got up to leave. The 2 servers saw us leaving but didn't bother asking us. I saw them pointing at us and giggle. This is unacceptable. Does the owner know this is going on? We were well dressed, friendly, and composed people. No reason for them to treat us this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good time when I’m in town. Awesome bar, cool atmosphere and service is great! Such a busy place and there’s a reason for it! Shout-out to Erica for always being so fun. It’s hard to find good, honest service these days and she goes above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice experience here. You can tell the servers work really hard, and they made sure to try to accommodate us the best they could. Many regulars come here and they all know eachother. Thanks to Erica for her awesome service. Fair prices and good eats. Would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great, staff friendly so why a 2 star? Since January the restaurant is very under staffed and takes forever to get food or order gets messed up, easy to understand when only 1 waitress is there with 1 bartender. Get 2-3 waitresses plus bartender and then I give 5 stars. Poor waitress running like a mad woman doing her best, owner please do better and staff the place proper or I stop coming back. ?
