★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer clear, shady and overpriced. Once he heard the area and specific street of the house we wanted appraised he gave a rate almost four times more expensive than ANY OTHER appraiser. We were very straight forward on the location and size of house, ended up going with two other firms (to get two opinions and an averaged value, which incidentally was half the price for both appraisals as this clip job). Find yourself a reputable real estate agent, they will give you a far better, much more educated value of your home (albeit not with the templated paperwork).
The opinions and of appraisers are subjective and can vary wildly (as seen by working with several on the same property).
Nothing at all about these guys is 'bona fide'.
