Despite a tough time for the condo market in Calgary, Stuart and his team did an incredible job staging our place, taking high quality photos and putting together an awesome 360 online tour, listing at an attractive price and negotiating a good offer. They also did a great walk-through video for potential buyers on Instagram. All of this resulted in our place being sold just three days after listing - and at the height of winter in February 2021! We can’t thank this team enough. It was a painless process and very convenient and safe during a pandemic with easy to sign documents over email (listing proof, offer, etc.) Thank you especially to Stuart for being so kind, responsive and completely focused on getting us the best deal possible. We highly recommend The Rouge Group.

I have so much gratitude to both Stuart and Monique for going above and beyond in making sure my home was staged beautifully - and checking in on it regularly to make sure it was always showing ready. (You didn't hear it here, but I think Stuart even mopped) As an out-of-province seller, good communication was critical to me. The Rouge Group's commitment to selling my home was as dedicated and focussed at the end as it was at the very beginning. (and it wasn't a quick sale...
