If he says he will do something, he will follow through. He passed all viewing feedback on to us so we knew what potential buyers liked or didn't like about our home. When we got an offer, he gave suggestions for a fair counter offer but listened to what we were comfortable with and in the end we sold for a price that we were happy with. Chris also helped us find our new home. He was able to work around our schedules and even though we had a short timeframe, we were able to find a home that we liked in the area that we wanted.
