J	Jennifer Sholhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money and go elsewhere. McDonald’s has better food then here. Oh and better service. The waitress what was working was overly rude. Never checked on us. Never gave any refills. All she was doing was loudly complaining about other coworkers and not wanting to be at work. No professionalism at all.

When they brought the food they didn’t do any of the modifications I asked for 3. Sent it back. And they obviously just moved the food around on the same plate. It came back looking worse than when it arrived. 4. The sauce was so watery you could drink it with a straw 5. The eggs were so slimy they slid off my fork 6. Home fries were ice cold and mush. And very poor service to top it off. Will not be returning. Many better local restaurants to visit. Save your money!

The BLT I had reminded me of the best club sandwich I used to have at a now closed restaurant in Peterborough. My daughter had a burger with fries. Both were very generous portions and very good price. Friendly staff and prompt service. Returned for a second time and tried the Morning After Poutine. It was amazing. I have tried to recreate it at home but it doesn't compare to theirs. Excellent hollandaise sauce. Who knew it was great with cheese curds? Yummy. Back a third time. Daughter had to have the Morning After poutine again. I had onions rings. Still a great place to eat. A favourite stop while we're in Campbellford.
L	Lindsay Hacker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is so delicious!! Big generous portions and everything is perfectly cooked. We had the battered mushrooms, fish & chips and veggie burger. The batter on the fish and mushrooms was scrumptious, and the homemade veggie patty is unique and yummy! Also the service was friendly and inviting. Definitely a place we’ll visit again :)

If you're ever in or close to Campbellford,ON and love greasy spoons, then i would definitely give Riverview a try.
