I had a Pina Colada & a Cesar salad & my boyfriend had a wrap & fries (the fries were to die for) unfortunately I can’t give a good rating due to the lack of service… our server came quick to grab our drinks but it took about 15mins if not longer to actually bring the drinks to us. After we got our food & was eating we noticed two other servers just sitting down with other tables talking not even acknowledging their other tables. A man came in during this, we noticed it took 15 minutes to be seated & after about 20mins of the servers not acknowledging him so he got up from the table beside us & left very unhappy. As a server this was very painful to watch. Good was great but did not make up for the lack of service.
S	Star “Star” Astaraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hand down the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Our room was nice and the view was good. But the breakfast was just horrible! The toast was burnt, the salt I asked for well done eggs. One was well done and the other wasn't, so I asked if they could cook it more. They took the egg, and took 10 minutes to bring it back only to give it back the same way! The waitress looks like she's giving up. Worst food I've ever had and it's expensive too, which is kinda hilarious.

I had the Brisket sandwich. Really enjoyed it. The staff were great and the mixed cocktails were good. The view was nice and it was a relaxing spot. Just drop the cover at night.

Spent the majority of our time waiting on food trays to be brought out, seemed as though kitchen was understaffed or they overbooked reservation as food could not keep up with demand. Asked to speak to manager and was told I'd have to wait for awhile as he was busy so we left after paying our 240$ bill for food that wasn't there. Manager called a day later and basically said I was lying as nobody else complained which I knew was not true as the two tables beside us were also unhappy and people in the buffet room were also complaining. On top of all that the food was not as good as I remembered. Poor quality, poor quantity and a manager who could care less about his customers. Too bad as we used to really enjoy it.
