★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is incredibly hard working individuals. Very kind and patient. However they are extremely understaffed and you can really tell management does not respect the workers since they seem so stressed during busy hours due to being understaffed. Despite all this they try their best. In order to have better customer service and to respect staff, they need to have more people working.

EVERY TIME I order food they are rude, take long to even address me when I’m waiting (it’s not busy in the restaurant or drive thru) and are very dismissive when talking to me. Terrible customer service and should work some where else because they seem miserable here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for almost 4 years now and this place has staffed some amazing people.
Tonight I couldn't help around 9pm seeing someone sweeping and just saying "thanks" (given the circumstances, it makes no sense) for duty minded souls.
Turns out the universes made it work out that my order for another establishment was canceled and Harvey's still took mine after delivery closing (honored when I started my order).
This place still employs some of the next great minds who could potentially impact the world in greatest ways.
TLDR: Thank you ??✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. I ordered from the app and chose to pick up in the drive thru.
Order was ready at the time the app said it would be and was 100% correct.
Person i spoke to was very friendly and seemed interested in his job. ?
Only negative would be that i think the burgers may have been overcooked, because they were kind of dry.
Other than that, i look forward to going again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very slow service through the drive-thru. Went there tonight, with a smaller line-up. The worker had apologized for the wait once she finally addressed me. It was whatever until I got home to realize they had messed up my order. They had given us a different type of poutine, which had tasted really bad. Waste of time and a waste of a drive. Unsure if I will be going back.
