So stereo typical so ugly, built cheap with nice touches added.
Horrible location. But I am sure they'll sell like hot cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of crazies living here. I drove in to visit my friend who lives here, and these crazy older women were blocking my car saying its a private road, i can't go through. I was going to the condos right there! Where else would you like me to park to go to her place. She says yes, there are a bunch of crazies. Put up a gate with a key faub if you dont want people driving through, but let people who are visiting in to see their friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a high end painter. And painted here. Great homes. And at the new Harvest building complexes. Great area. On the ridge so u get small view from the top. Schools and parks close. Family living . Quiet and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, Love living here, people are great and I walk out right into a park with great trails down to the dyke.. Perfect location. Close to White Rock, Langley and to 3 freeways. So happy to live in a piece of old heritage Cloverdale.
