Based on the picture that I sent, he said what the probable issue is, how to fix it and provided ball park estimate. He described steps that he is going to take to fix the issue. The crew was in my place in no time, they immediately fix the issue, checked for molds, fix the plumbing, air vented the place. All these time they were super careful and made sure house is not getting messy. Overall very satisfied with Mark and The Restorators Water Damage. Highly recommended!

Mark came out and provided a quote very quickly and worked with me on a few things that I could do to reduce the cost by prepping the house in certain ways. The crew came out and performed all the required work and stayed late to get the air clearance testing done. Price was very fair and I am happy with the final results.

I called The Restorators and Mark and his team arrived within hours. They immediately determined where the water damage was hiding between the floor and inside the wall. They carefully removed the wall panelling and drilled small holes into the ceiling, causing as little damage as possible, so things could be easily returned to normal once the work was done. They sanitized the area and brought in air fans and dehumidifier equipment. Every step of the way Mark carefully explained what was happening and clearly laid out the costs. He was very generous with his time, always making sure we understood the work being done. Mark is a great, honest, hard working guy who obviously loves what he does. Not your typical contractor. He was a pleasure to work with. Oh yeah, he even went to Home Depot to buy a new faucet, which he installed for us. We highly recommend the Restorators and would definitely use them again.

He promptly provided a quote and was able to start within a few days. During the removal work, I was kept up to date regarding their progress. They did a fantastic job removing the ceiling and ensuring the work area was clean afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

They took the project over, and cleaned up efficiently, including any other tiles just to be sure. very helpful and cost effectively in the long run. Payment was allowed to be delayed to my convenience, they work with customers situation and professional. Mark is an excellent project manager.
