After getting in contact with the ReFrame group and describing the nature of the claim and the difficulties I was having, the issue was resolved within 24 hrs. I highly recommend them.

They ensured that we were all well informed with what we would be receiving, and how to go about getting signed up and able to use their benefits. Additionally they provided contact information so that we can easily reach out to them if we need assistance. 10/10
