CountDown Events

We used Countdown Events for the celebration of the opening of our new workspace, and it was top to bottom an incredible experience. Jenny and her team were responsive, adaptable, and incredibly professional. We are not event planners, so we leaned on Countdown with a lot of questions and requests, and they never wavered in making everything happen to an even higher standard than we anticipated.

CountDown Events have been great partners through one of the most beautiful yet stressful processes in our lives. They have made everything so wonderful, organized and stress-free! Soha and Jenny have created beautiful designs, help us create the wedding of dreams, made the evening flow perfectly and the experience flawless. Choosing CountDown events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. They are a very experienced and professional team. Since our very first meeting about event’s details, they exactly understood the vision I had in mind for my wedding and they executed everything in a perfect way. I’m a very particular person with obsessive attention to details and not too easy to work with, and I had very specific ideas about a lot of things. I usually have to explain things many times or micromanage people to get the result I want but it was different with them. They inspired a lot of confidence and showed they can be relied on for everything I wanted. I had such a piece of mind for my wedding day and was very confident that they would manage everything perfectly and they did! During the process, always, I just had to say what I wanted once, and it would happen without me having to follow up or check on things or having to explain any further. We went through a lot of ups and downs and changed the date several times because of COVID, and eventually had to finalize everything in three weeks and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to put everything together in such a flawless way in such a short amount of time but this team. Jenny was always pleasant and very patient and responsive. She had a backup plan for everything! Soha is amazing and in our design meetings she led the process with professionalism and passion and great attention to details and she didn’t stop until we got the perfect result! My wedding day was a perfect day. Everything went great and exactly how we planned. Matin was very helpful and always available whenever I needed anything and took such a good care of me. I had A LOT of stuff at the venue, many things for my Sofreh, a lot of personal stuff for my hair and make up, cameras,extra jewelries, extra shoes, extra dresse, veil, cause I changed everything, many little items ... And matin packed everything at the end of the day. When I opened my suitcases the next day I was soo impressed with the way everything was packed individually and placed beautifully with such a care and attention (even the bobby pins!) and it was a perfect ending to a perfect process! If you have a wedding or an event, CD is definitely the way to go!

We recently employed the services of countdown events for our wedding. We were assigned Jenny as our event planner as she had come highly recommended by a good friend. Her event management and organization skills, attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism were second to none. All her recommendations and contacts were excellent. I don’t know how I would ever be able to organize my own wedding planning during this pandemic on top of my personal schedule, so it was a relief to have Jenny’s help with everything from deciding on vendors and managing different contracts! Jenny was also very responsive and accommodating especially since unforeseen circumstances caused some change of plans. 10/10 would recommend!
