★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is right off the highway and doesn't have very strict enforcement of any aesthetics requirements for the trailers there. Some places are nice and well taken care of while others are somewhat of an eyesore. However it is only a 10 minute walk to the grocery store (on the very narrow walk path along the highway - which can be somewhat terrifying to be honest).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet neighbourhood, friendly residents. Blocking off the 2nd driveway is really dumb! The dead-end streets are convoluted and only one exit from the park would be very dangerous in an emergency.
I was there as a visitor. Did not speak to park management.
