Great guy. Came same day I called and was patient with my circumstance.

The plumber guy was great polite and very helpful. He is one to trust to get the job done. I highly recommend him.

Roger installed an outdoor tap, installed a new range hood and vented it outside, and cleaned out a block drain. He quoted me a reasonable price and stuck to it. I would definitely recommend Roger.

Responded immediately to a burst pipe. Very reasonable pricing. Would not hesitate to use Roger again. A welcomed addition to the Sicamous business community.

First day out on a camp experience, on a Saturday and not in our community, and our hot water tank valve quit - no hot water in our RV!! Called Roger, her came to our site, repaired the hot water tank!!! Fast efficient, friendly service at a reasonable cost!! Highly recommend Roger!!

If you are looking for an honest person who cares about customers, do not hire here. There are hidden charges he doesn't talk about ("truck fee") and he absolutely does charge for travel (he claims he doesn't) Total time on job = 2.4 hours Quoted job costs @ 85$ hr CHARGED for 4 HOURS!!! He just tells you a number, does not fill out a bill prior to expecting payment and he will come into your home and intimidate you until you pay. Our total bill for a job to check propane gas lines and install a new regulator was a whopping $490 - including the $150 regulator. This guy charged me for 4 hours to do a 2hr job. Just horrifying to me and I am afraid to ever call anyone again now. Will learn to do jobs myself and ask neighbours for help from now on. If you are a single female (he took advantage of us, I am sure) or anyone who cares about your money, absolutely do not hire this man. Update to Add: It gets worse. When we could not find our old (broken) regulator, we asked about it and got shamed for being "complainers" and told "you can come and get it"!! When we said we would be there then to pick it up, we were shamed for caring about OUR property because it was "broken". It was important to us. That part was ours and should not have been taken. We also paid for extra time for him to tinker with it to see if he could fix it (he couldn't) - Why would he still have it, after over a week, if it was such garbage? Well - I am certain if it wasn't trash before, it will be now and of course am not going to subject myself to more from this guy and he can keep his stolen parts. Which is what it is now - stolen. What a horrible experience this has all been.
