Could go months without issues then have issues on a daily basis. Frustrating to say the least. Finally called a professional to help find the problem. Mr Rooter sent a young man by the name of Ben. Believe it or not, he found the problem and was able to replicate the noisy pipes in less then one hour. Fill valve in older toilet was occasionally sticking and causing water pipes to vibrate and cause noise. I replaced older toilet myself and problem is solved.....I HOPE.....LOL Gene

Got right to work to figure out what was wrong and what needed to be done. Had the job done very quickly and left no mess behind. The 2 technicians that came were very friendly and courteous. When they saw the problem... toilet needed to be replaced, they suggested a brand and asked if we would like a little taller one, I didn't know they came in different heights, the job was done, and all is well enjoying the extra height, they cleaned up and all is working fine. Had to call again for bathroom sink I tries to fix but fixed one problem another started, the job was done and area was cleaned up and looks like new. I would not hesitate to call them again. They respected our home when they came covering their boots and leaving the area in a clean state. I would recommend them to the public.

A quick call to Mr. Rooter and the Plumber (I'm sorry we forgot his name) was at our house within 2 hours and then less than 30 minutes later the issue was solved. Very professional right from the first contact until the job was complete. Will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends in the Sault.
A	Alex Cushley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Mr Rooter install a battery backup sump pump within the last year. I had them install it to have the receipt for insurance purposes in case of flood damage, but could have done it myself. I even supplied the pipe, couplers and some u-bolts for attaching the battery backup. First time the power has been out it ran for a bit, then the float switch assembly came apart and fell into the hole since they attached it with zip ties (see photos) instead of the metal u-bolts I supplied. They are incredibly unresponsive. In fact I’m still waiting on an estimate for a hot water installation from 6 months ago. They came and took photos but never sent me an estimate despite me calling a couple times. Don’t worry, I’ve taken care of the sump pump and hot water tank; at least I know the job was done correctly this time. And no need to reply, unless you’d like to reimburse me for the sump pump install you mucked up.
