★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove 2 and a half hours on a Saturday morning to get parts chromed. I had called the day prior to ensure they were going to open but arrived to lock doors. No one would answer the phone, and voicemail was full. Pretty @#$&ing dissatisfied, thanks for wasting a bunch of my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a custom water cooled computer project which required stripping chrome plating off copper tubes. I contacted the shop with zero background on electroplating. Mark at the shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. Simply based on the initial interaction I was positive this would be the place to support. He even walked me through the whole electroplating and buffing process at the shop. Mark and his team was kind enough to do an initial buffing using a heavy cut polishing compound and show me the process from start to end. Not only did I achieve the desired result but it was also a great learning opportunity. Highly recommended!
