Store was open. Staff insisted that I wear a mask, which I did, but the person that assisted me didn't wear one. I asked the staff member if I could buy a spare parts kit for my 3M Littmann stethoscope which I had with me. Without any reason being given, he said no but that the parts were in stock; he told me to order the spare parts kit online from their website and gave me a business card. I told him that the reason I didn't order the spare parts kit online was that many of the parts kits looked very similar and the scope has no identification marks, so I didn't know which spare parts kit to order online. He didn't even want to help me identify the scope which I had with me, but finally did so reluctantly (cardiology). Now I have to wait for the spare parts kit in the mail and pay for shipping. Add to that the double standards of mask use during a pandemic. So so service. poor communication and indifference to health of customers. Regret making the trip.

I had an incredible experience at stethoscope.ca. While choosing a Littmann stethoscope, Varda, the representative, provided great advice and support. She took time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to find a product that fit my desires. The team was able to engrave my stethoscope on the spot and it turned out beautifully! I am very happy with the product I purchased as well as the amazing customer service. Moreover, I was impressed with the COVID-19 safety precautions put in place; every employee and customer wore a mask and social distancing protocols were maintained, allowing this experience to be safe. Thank you to Varda and the rest of the team at stethoscope.ca for your excellent service!

My boyfriend ordered me a stethoscope for Christmas because mine broke and is being held together with medical tape. When he ordered it, it was in stock. However we still haven't received it or gotten any updates. He ordered it middle of December. He's tried calling but isn't able to speak with anyone because it's always closed. I just want my stethoscope.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping, good engraving. Recent veterinary graduate here who was looking for a good diagnostic stethoscope for my clinical year and beyond into practice. I opted to invest in a Littmann Cardio IV after doing some research, seeing many clinicians use them, and realizing this will be an important daily use instrument that will allow me to provide better diagnostics and quality of care to my patients. I chose the black and navy (6168) option for a sleek and professional look. You can buy a Littmann Cardio IV from any retailer, but what I expect differentiates companies is the quality of engraving (which comes free with purchase here). So after deciding on the scope I trusted many of my colleagues' endorsements of stethoscope.ca and chose to include my name and some symbols, which each came engraved into the bell deeply and cleanly. The stethoscope itself is phenomenal and much clearer than the Classic III so I'm glad I made this purchase. I received the finished product within a week of ordering and am overall very pleased with the quality of product and personalization. Lastly, I was hesitant to pick up a case as I had another and they looked large/bulky, but I am so glad I got the Cardiopod II. The Littmann Cardio IV has thicker tubing that benefits from the larger case so you're not kinking or stressing the tubing as much (I want to get as much life out of this baby as I can!). I also keep a notepad, some pens, and an extra penlight in it as sort of an all-in-one mini briefcase. A light but sturdy case to protect a valuable clinical instrument I use daily. 5/5 for the Littmann Cardio IV, the engraving, the Cardiopod II case, and overall experience with stethoscopes.ca. Will and have recommended!

My daughter ordered a stethoscope. Email came that item out of stock but they charged her credit card anyway without giving a date of shipment or any tracking number. We have called multiple times and left messages and no one has returned call. We gave emailed with no response either. My husband called again today multiple times and left a message. Not sure how professional this business is.

Ordered a stethoscope and had to pay $16 for expedited canada post shipping. It was being shipped from Vaughan to Etobicoke, and it will take more than a week. Unable to reach the company via 1877 number, email, or their US website customer service page. They are like a ghost company with no customer service. Hope the stethoscope arrives with no issues, or I will likely not be able to contact anyone for help. Update: I received my stethoscope after 5 business days. The company reached out to me by phone, and I provided feedback that it was difficult to contact them.

This review is again being updated…. So I am writing yet another poor review for this company. First I bought a stethoscope that was $500 and arrived broken it took months of calling this company and being dodged by the company for months before they finally agreed to return the item. Then stupidly I took a small 10% off on. Different stethoscope but their website was so glitchy I tried seven times to order one stethoscope. When I finally ordered an email confirmation, not from the website saying the sale went through, I stopped trying they billed me twice. Again it took a month to try and get through to someone and apparently one time out of the several attempts to place an order I accidentally used the wrong email now they won’t return the second stethoscope and their reply was “I already went out of my way to help you return the other stethoscope” thanks so much stethoscope.ca for finally returning your broken stethoscope. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will also be reporting these issues to the BBB highly disappointed in this company and their disinterested to want to be better with such awful service in the first place. So in response to stethoscope.ca’s comments I never said I used the stethoscope for a month and my husband ordered the exact stethoscope I wanted. The stethoscope I received was broken unless static is normal for this item then I would definitely not recommend this item because you cannot auscultate through the static. I was threatened by the company’s manager for writing this review and she said she wouldn’t help me because I wrote this review when I asked her about threatening me she all of a sudden changed her tune and ended up offering me a 15% restocking fee which I agreed to because I feel both parties played a part in the errors around ordering and returning these stethoscopes. I feel that stethoscope.ca does not want to take ownership in their errors and I feel that way still after this response to i don’t recommend buying from them nor do I recommend buying the products if they think that $500 stethoscopes that are staticky are acceptable. I also order the Littmann’s core stethoscope not the Eko core. I have now sent approximately $800 worth of returns to stethoscope.ca and they are refusing to refund my money unless I change my review for something more pleasant for them which would be a lie seeing as my experience has been awful and now they are threatening me. They are also refusing to refund money for the free stethoscope case which I received with my other purchase which I paid for in full and still have. This is not an accredited business with the bbb pretty sure it’s a full out scam. Do not purchase from this website we bought in Nov/Dec and are still having to deal with this awful company in April…. This company has said to bbb and to me they have refunded portions of the money back but they have not I have spoken with my credit card provider and now this is a fraudulent interaction with this company. They are saying I ordered products I did not and then billing me for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Last and final update. When I contacted my credit card it turned out the stethoscope.ca said that they refunded my money to both me and the BBB but they did not in fact they took more money from me for items I never purchased. I was refunded fully for my purchases and for the purchases I never made but my credit card company. This awful ordeal took five months in total to resolve. The BBB does not consider this business an accredited business and they absolutely will have no problems with me ever contacting them ever again. I am so happy to finally have a resolution thank god for my visa and for fraud protection! I have changed my visa as well so they can never steal from me again!

I ordered 2 stethoscopes and 2 cases over 5 months ago. It took over 3 months for half the order to arrive, another month for my second stethoscope to arrive and I am STILL waiting on the last part of my order which is one stethoscope case. I have not been able to get a response from the sales rep in months and attempts to reach someone at the store have been unsuccessful - my calls go straight to voicemail with nobody returning my calls. Would not recommend this company. EDIT - they called me back shortly after posting this review and are sending out a different case today. Apparently that case has been out of stock for 6 months. This could be avoided by not allowing the sale of items that are out of stock.
