★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING TIME! We hosted my brother's engagement party at the lovely Factory Lounge. Given a small time frame to put this event together, Teri went beyond our expectations. The event space itself is unique. It is conveniently located to both my downtown location and my family's residence north of the city. There is ample signage and parking, making it easy to get here. The space itself is open concept, has a cool industrial/hip feel, and it is covered with stunning colourful art work created by Teri herself. The food was delicious and our guests did not leave the dance floor area the entire evening! We invited a ton of guests to this event and the space accommodated it nicely. Teri ran around the entire night and worked so hard to ensure that things ran smoothly and that guests were happy - which they were! Overall, I would highly recommend having your next party at the Factory Lounge! Thank you for a memorable evening and for all your hard work! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 at The Factory Lounge on November 10th and it was outstanding. Teri is an absolute pleasure to deal with - creative, calm and extremely good at listening to what her clients are looking for. End to end it was very easy to plan the event for 75 kids, and she and her staff were on top of every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue. They are really amazing! -MD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Teri was amazing! Her Staff were all great from start to finish. I serviced this venue for our Company Year End party (approx. 160 guests) The layout seemed narrow at first, but the set-up turned out great. She was very meticulous in all aspects:
1. The food catering was long term business partners with the venue and they excelled in creating new menus that catered towards our event
2. She would give reminders throughout the whole process and kindly explain any odd/ special questions and requests you might have
3. abundant staff (they do not cheap out on their employees)
I strongly recommend the Factory Lounge if you are looking for something more modern than a regular/typical banquet hall uptown. (Its your money worth for sure)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is ‘WOW’ about the Factory Lounge. Teri is unbelievable! So efficient and organized and makes everything so easy. Our Bat Mitzvah was absolutely perfect. Her staff are so amazing. The night was everything we hoped it would be and more. Not even a hiccup!

Her prompt replies, attention to detail and enthusiasm made the planning process stress free and fun! The food was fabulous and plenty! The DJ kept the party going all night long! ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience!! We're so grateful to owner Teri Leese for helping us to plan and pull off an event that was even lovelier than we imagined.
Despite the size of the venue, the atmosphere feels casual and intimate, yet comfortably elegant. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the event space and how much they enjoyed themselves -- which was exactly what we had hoped for.
A wedding in which the bride and groom aren't even a little bit stressed out is pretty much unheard of, but Teri and her phenomenal staff managed to make that a reality! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Factory Lounge to anyone looking for a first-rate event venue.

The venue is so awesome and your getting such amazing value. Teri's staff were all so helpful and accommodating the night of. I am forever grateful to Teri who made us feel like family and took care of us like family.
