★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pets have stayed here quite a few times, and they always seem to have a great time. They accommodate our three pups together, which is great for their morale, and arrange energetic play sessions with other dogs. I think the puppies consider it a cross between summer camp and a particularly cheery birthday party. We call it Woofstock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with The Pet Hotel has been fantastic, the staff are warm and inviting and know exactly how to treat my pet. The check in and check out process is efficient, and it is very competitively priced! The rooms for the dogs are large and they accomodate personal items, such as blankets, pet beds, toys etc.
Lastly, they are VERY knowledgeable about my pet, (and others). They are great caregivers for your pet!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough about this place. This is our first experience with pet boarding and I think we're a little spoiled. This is first class all the way and not terribly expensive considering other boarding we've since checked into is basically a big room with ratty old couches, and a muddy field.
Our dog gets so excited when we drop him off, and always comes home tired from his trip to the 'spa'.
The owners Darren and Suzanne are just lovely and take very good care of our dog.
Tip: I'm allergic to the conditioner they use to groom their dogs, so I just request they avoid the use of that and they always accomodate me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place and people. Sam is our 10 year old small puppy like toy poodle. We have never gone away and left him before not with family. We did the trial night and one extra trial night for my benefit and then left him for 9 nights. They were more then ok with us bringing his favourite foods for them to feed him and they amused my calling to check in, giving me a full report. Sam had an awesome time and I am so glad we have found a place that we can leave him when we need to go away. I already have another time scheduled. He was such a happy dog when we picked him up. No neglect from them what so ever. Thank u for taking such good care of Sam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had an excellent experience with this facility. We were up against a move into a new condo building and the move in date was pushed several times leaving our cat with nowhere to stay in the interim. Luckily this facility took her in and was very flexible with the duration of her stay as our condo move in deadlines were changing constantly. This was our first time using the facility and we felt extremely confident that our kitty was well looked after. Staff were very friendly and understand how to deal with cats (especially calicos! haha). Would recommend to anyone looking for compassionate care for their pets while they are away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I boarded my Yorkie here twice after hearing from friends who boarded their dogs here. She had so much fun she didn’t want to come home. The facilities are the best I have seen, and it was evident staff genuinely cared about my dog.
Although it has been a couple years since I boarded, I decided to post my review due to someone posting on social media not to board their pets there. I did not find that posting fair, based on any determined facts, and believe I should stand behind a local business that I have had an excellent experience with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience boarding our dog and it was a great one! After completing the recommended one night 'trial-stay', we left our dog for 4 nights knowing she was in good care. We got a great report of how she was at the end of the stay, and our dog must have felt quite 'at home' as she was in no hurry to get away. I can only assume she enjoyed herself! Have a longer stay already booked for later this summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought Sophie here during surgery recovery and was very pleased. She had a great time and apparently kept the other dogs entertained. She lost her voice for a couple of days, so I'm guessing she barked her head. Lol
