No soap, broken brushes, sharp pieces of metal sticking out of the hoses, scratching cars and puncturing hands. Bird's sh*t on the handles, change dispenser does not work. Disgusting.

I can clean my truck better at home with a garden hose place is a joke. I'd only come here again if I brought a bunch of muddy trucks or equipment to fill these numbskulls bays full of mud.
J	Jonathon-Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have left notes on 3 separate occasions, twice because the machines ate my money and didn't turn on ($5 and $4) and once for the machine being out of soap. I know for a fact they got my notes because this has been over the course of a year and I have even left multiple notes and contact information. I remember once a couple years ago I left a note and they actually called me back and returned my $3. This car wash is unreliable and the owners could care less about customer service. I have 3 cars and a boat, I used to come here a minimum of 2 times a week, obviously they don't need my business anymore. Extremely disappointed that an Uxbridge business would operate this way. I'm not the only one either with these issues. Update February 2019 Your terrible horrible disgusting business practices continue as I was scammed again by your car wash bay. I put $6 in and the timer started but no water came out of the hose. I could hear a pump running but even after trying all the settings it still didn’t work. Scammed again by this joke of a business I can’t believe I was stupid enough to try again. Now I’m currently sitting at PRIMIER CASH WASH across town waiting in line, at least I know I won’t get scammed over here. Disgusting

No response so went to the left bay and it took over a minute to start with not much pressure and a lot of shaking of the hose. Still no call from the owner as to my missing money. I did leave all info in that locked mailbox. Will wait for a reply from the owner but does not look good for returning as I was a frequent user of this car wash in the past.

Inserted $3 into one of the wash bays and the time started but there was no pressure. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble here.Last time there was no soap coming out of the “wash” mode of the sprayer. Left my name and # and no return calls.Won’t be returning as I have not seen any improvements with maintenance or customer service at this business.
