Then why when I was there in the middle of January any liquids or creams I had stored there, along with electronics with batteries were completely frozen and I've had to throw away? The whole building was a complete ice box, as cold inside (-25) as it was outside. No heat, completely ruined my items inside. I called the front desk and left a message, it was a Sunday, and they never returned my call. I was also supposed to have 50% off the first 3 months, which was never honoured. Also, how is it possible that anyone can access the elevator and get up to any floor? No code required! Completely unsafe and not secure. The place is expensive for what you get and its a total dive, you can actually see the floor below from beside the elevator. My next shift off of work I cleaned my unit out and went to the Edmonton south location, where for a cheaper price, got a unit in a toasty warm, clean, new facility close to the elevator with an indoor loading bay AND 3 months at 50% off. Skip this place in Nisku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentinel Storage nisku is safe and clean, I just moved out from my storage unit. there no hassle and stress they keep you updated with your bill, also the manager Luis is very accommodating and helpful in anyways. Definitely thumbs up and very recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time using a storage facility and Luis ( manager) has made it a great experience. I felt a confidence leaving my truck on his lot when I moved to the Arctic! Luis is always helpful and willing to go the extra step to make my experience top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only site I know that is accessible 24/7. The site manager is in the office from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. A gate code allows you to enter and exit at any time of the day/night. The storage facility has drive-up units and also indoor units accessible via freight elevator. I store my stuff in one of the indoor units as it's a tad warmer than having an outside unit. I sacrifice ease of access, but it's worth it. The site is quite secure with cameras, and a security gate that only allows access to patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Luis was fantastic. He is the only reason I am giving this review. The storage place was incredibly old, not maintained, the wooden floors with grooves in them made it hard to push carts down the long hallway,
No bathroom, the loading dock is different to back on to because the fence was in the way. In fact I got really hurt because the doors for the elevator were blocking the ramp from my moving truck.. I tried to help close the door by lifting the ramp and fell to the ground bruising all of my ribs. The manager had been excellent but the person who owns this Sentinel should go to the other ones to see how modern they are for the same services.

This was my first time getting a unit , he answered all my questions and was so patient with me. I had to go back there a second time to make changes and both times I was greeted with a smile. I would highly recommend this storing facility not only for storage but the way you are treated. Thank you Luis
