The least friendly and the most repulsive office ever. I noticed her looking down on me and decided to leave asap. Never go back there. There are better options for sure!

Had an amazing experience with Derrick Murphy from TNG Legal. We had a very difficult and frustrating closing experience to get our new home, but Derrick was awesome and was able to help us every step of the way, and worked very hard to get us in our new house. Can not recommend enough.

I was going to skip calling this office when I saw the 2.8 star review but I thought, NO, give them a chance. Turns out the person I spoke with made me feel like a complete idiot, like I was wasting his time asking a question about selling my home by owner, yet on their website it lists at the top of their services that they help with this.. hmm.. not impressed at all! Also, the lady answering the phone could maybe talk with a smile, even if its a fake smile, she might sound a little less miserable..?

Keith Martens dealt with our document signing very professionally and efficiently. We were able to have this done at a very short notice. We definitely recommend this office and plan to use them again.

I have worked with the firm and I have received good service and fair pricing. Keith was very helpful with my legal issues and if the firm couldn’t represent me they were able to refer me to a firm that could. I would at this time recommend them if you require assistance with your purchasing of a property or with your estate planning. Their pricing is competitive with the industry.

This was the worst possible experience I could have had. I needed a simple one page document signed and notarized. I was immediately greeted rudely by the receptionist which set the tone for the visit. I needed to adjust 2 items on the document as I was using a template and asked the receptionist if this was possible. I was given a gasp and that this was going to be a big deal. I asked for an email address to send it to and after sending the document I had her respond every 10 seconds I haven't got it yet, I haven't got it yet. To speed up the process I asked for a sheet of paper (which I could have just grabbed myself as it was right in front of me) but instead I asked for it. Her response "I guess I'll have to find that for you as well". So I asked myself is she just really busy? NO I was interrupting her bubble sorting game she was playing on her Ipad behind the desk. The email finally arrives (minutes later) and she proceeds to tell me she can't open the file. (it's a word document) Every computer in North America has Microsoft Word on it so that was obviously a lie. Realizing this is not happening with this woman as the receptionist I apologize profusely to the person I had meeting me there to sign the document and have to find another notary to go back to this week. 1. Treated Rudely and like I was an idiot 2. Didn't end up helping me at the end of the day 3. 2 people have to reschedule their days to visit another Notary

I took time off work to have some legal documents signed as they said they would be able to do it no problem. When he looked over it he said he couldn’t do it as he said needed an hour and a half to go over it and that there was no time today. Before that I just previously overheard the secretary say on the phone to another client that he was free for the next 2 hours or so. I had stressed to him as well that I needed it done ASAP. I went to another place and the lawyer had me in and out in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time with them as they don’t have your best interest.

A family member just had a very stressful and nasty experience with Ms. Caisley at this location. I told them they should report the experience to the professional association, which I am sure they will do, but in the meantime I wanted to warn potential clients to be very careful. This place tried to charge them $4000 more than they were supposed to be paying because she messed up so badly and it took many calls from them and their representative to get it straightened out, and still a new problem arose after they thought it was all done because she still over-charged them. Her lack of knowledge and professionalism created a great deal of stress and that is unacceptable for someone in this position. She really did not seem to know anything about what she was doing and did not take any time to address their concerns with them (basically "this is just the way it is") nor to explain their statement of adjustments, etc. I have very basic conveyancing experience and even I knew as soon as they told me what happened that it was wrong. Now I know, from reading other reviews on here, that they basically don't care, especially if you don't give your name, but who wants to take the chance of being harrassed by leaving a truthful, honest, and negative review? Whatever you do, find another Notary, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
