She has staged two condo's of mine and in both cases she is able to apply the right amount of furniture and accessories to liven up a space. Especially in condo buildings, its tricky to create an inviting atmosphere while not overcrowding the space with furniture. Emily can balance these two things very well and create a sense of space and functionality. I recently sold my condo, above ask in a very competitive time on the market and I think a major aspect of that was how good my apartment looked after being staged!
