Very good museum chronicling the history of civilian soldiers from the early days of the Province of British Columbia and the County of Westminster. The collection includes relics from both World Wars, uniforms, medals, decommissioned weapons, war art and photographs.

Historical center of the highest class, if you don't know your history then you don't know history! Cherished relics of our wartime forefathers who stared death straight in the eyes and where prepared to face eternity without flinching.??

Website doesn't specify that they are closed yet when you arrive they have a sign saying their times of opening. I called to ask if they were open (as we arrived and the door was locked) and I was met with a very unhelpful man who didn't help with anything. I asked why they don't explain they are closed and that they need to change their information on their website. Again I was met with rude and unhelpful staff. I had a sad 10 year old who was looking forward to coming.

A really nice small museum for World War history from Canada's perspective. Me and my buddy went here only to check whether it was open or not, but we were welcomed even though it was not on official opening schedule. The young man who works here gave us an in-depth tour and factual history guide way beyond what I expected from visiting this museum. I learned many things regarding the life of a soldier during world war which I as a normal civilian would never have imagined. For example: Attached to this review is a photho of a document about the receiver of the highest tier medal of honor during world war. A man who single-handedly raided enemy's base and came out victorious. Incredible story, and there's more to it!

The Military Museum of the Royal Westminster Regiment is a good place to check out some local Military History. It is where I found out the story of Phlip Konowal and they have a Formal Mess Jacket on display that was owned by Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery.
