Anytime I had a question, they were very prompt to respond. They punctual and accommodating with all the documents and document signings. Both of them are very personable and do a very good job of helping the layperson feel comfortable in the mortgage selection process. I would and do recommend them to anyone selecting a mortgage.

Corinna has a client-centered approach, trying to suit a mortgage product to the needs of the client, instead of just getting a mortgage placed. We got pre approved and everything,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first contacted the Mortgage Advisors hoping we could get approved for a typical mortgage and buy our first home, we had some experience dealing with previous lenders and they made us feel awkward and uncomfortable . Corinna was honestly amazing she walked us through everything, and helped us truly understand what we should look for in a mortgage and introduced us to a program we had no clue about. Using the Purchased Plus Improvements style mortgage we were able to do the renovations necessary on the home we purchased. We recommend her strongly to anyone looking to buy a home!
