★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow customer service. They don’t even care about customer’s time. Only one guy on the desk, even he is busy at phone. Other guy ran to the warehouse and never came back for like 20 minutes. I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes. Never coming back here unless they change their whole staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hvac suppliers in the whole GTA. We waited here for half an hour before even getting to the order desk on a slow day. No one was in line. They were just talking/laughing to each other. These guys definitely need some training in customer service. If not then this location should be shut down by head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from Ben, Morris, and Alex (off on injury) the staff at this location are completely incompetent. This location was once a dream deal with but I'm finding myself avoiding it more and more. Ben, Morris, and Alex are fast, friendly, and reliable. Get rid of the dead weight and make this location great again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them 3 times kept getting put on hold, and never got serviced. When I went there in person, watched employee put someone on hold and walk away entirely for 20 minutes.
Terrible customer service need to get rid of their entire staff and hire some hardworking employees that actually care about helping customers.
