C	Carlito Delmar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My little girl was being bullied for months , after a bloody face ans her being pushed and slap by the same kid we removed her from school , they charged us $730 for the month she didn’t attend, even tho we told them a week prior and they will charge for an other half a month , I can’t afford to pay a nanny now cause of that , I guess we have to chose between safety of our kid or leaving my job , I had no choice Thanks a lot

Her experience with the wonderful team at this centre was nothing short of excellent, and I would highly recommend Carrie and her staff to anyone looking for superlative care for their child.

Some minor improvements that could be made are a different flooring for the playground rather than hard cement and a more streamlined application / acceptance / wait list process.
A	Avis Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your child does not have special need , they are probably a good decent daycare. However , if your child has special need, they are not very accommodating. If they were strictly private business, while disagreeing their model, they are being transparent about their focus. What I cannot tolerate is VSOCC claims to be an non profit organization and openly ask for donations, yet they fail big time in living up to the “ Empowering children and their families to reach their full potential and achieve life-long success and that they aim on providing high quality childcare. Well , if you can’t handle a child with mild behaviour challenge , you are not very inclusive to begin with and you are not really working in developing high quality childcare - I mean , you just simply wants to work with child that are easier to manage. That is NOT high quality in my book. If your child can’t make it in to the VSOCC daycare before they turn 5 due to lack of funding from the supported childcare program and the vsocc policy that if you don’t have support in place no spot will be offer, then be prepared to wait forever for a childcare spot. ( supported childcare program is also extremely underfunded, but if you are a non -profit society, you need to find way to work around it). Anyways ,VSOCC deserves a 1 star rating not necessarily due to their actual day to day care service, but as a result of their pretence of being a non profit organization but act like a for profit company.

Me and my child got abused more than once in that place, more specific the Shaw Tower. But similar cases are happening in all their centres. Whole management team started from top executive to the lower management are bully and unprofessional. Child educators are very unprofessional and abusive. Don’t take your children there! There are better places such as amazing YMCA childcare, they really care!
