The last time, I was in with my kids. I was asking about specific fish and corals. The owner made me feel like I was annoying or bothering him in some way.
Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. But, you don't treat your customers with a dismissive pompous attitude.
We will never come back or shop there again!
Go somewhere else. It's pricy and the service sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently saw this stores add on kijiji for Koi, I'm always looking for nice Koi for our pond. Was shocked to see some at a store that only stocks salt water stuff, so while in Edmonton I knew I had to check out this place. Was happy with the stock fish are healthy. I got 2 really nice koi excited to pick up some more. The gentlemen who was working was nice to deal with! A hidden little gem for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in the city for amazing selection of livestock and corals! great prices too!! Great selection and service! Parking right in front of thier door! Lots of dry goods, dosing options, reactors, pumps, lights, foods, salt live and dry rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting edmonton from vancouver and found a coral that is extremely hard to find, i brought it to marine experience to see if they were willing to hold it for warmer weather and ship at a later date and without hesitation they were happy to help. Coral was extremely well packed and arrived just as healthy, if bot better, than the day i bought it. Would highly recommend this shop for both in store and online purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Neal is an awesome person. He is very helpful to his current and future customers. Some stores will not give you advices after you are done buying the fish. But Neal is different. He is one chat away if you have any questions in regards to your concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience dealing with Neal over at Marine Experience! We are hobbyists from Sudbury, Ontario, and were a little worried about the shipping process considering we are so far away. Neal made us feel incredibly at ease with placing an order and was always willing to spend the extra time with us over the phone to answer any questions that we had. He went above and beyond by ensuring that our corals would get to us on time and with care, and even when we inevitably did run into carrier delays, Neal was more than prompt with his responses and very accommodating! The corals arrived today and look AMAZING!! Thank you so much, Neal! We will definitely be ordering from Marine Experience again!
