i was trying out some tester hand cream and she took it from my hand and told me that it was only for the customers. Im never buying there again thats for sure.
Thats too bad because they actually have a great variety of perfumes makeup and cream.
But the customer service was even worst than bad

The cashier did not seal the bag for some reason, and I ran into problems at the next flight checking with the unsealed bag of duty free perfume. Not the best experience.

A few months ago they put some bottles on a rack with a big writing announcing a discount, but it did not apply to those bottles for some arbitrary reasons (when I asked the owner how one could guess that it didn’t apply to those bottles, he said “you just have to ask”). The other day I bought a bottle of gin for a price that was definitely not the one that was visible. This shop has a despicable marketing strategy and I urge you not to buy there. And I don’t mention the neverending waiting lines…
