★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried sending an email for an overnight visitors parking pass but the home owners association hasn't even replied a week later. Leaving the townhouse is awful since the lights literally take 3 minutes to change. Also in the house most of the light switches are located BEHIND the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice interior but is very noisy beside 152nd. Can hear the neighbors banging around in through the wall. Right in the neighbor's face when on the deck. Low privacy. Nice size and comfy bed and couch. Has new appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, very clean, nice trails and park. Beautiful spring flowers, and winterberries in the late fall. The builders promptly have fixed any concerns or questions I have.
I am proud to live here and look forward to coming home every day.
