★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in this building but the management here is irresponsible. I report them that the upper unit harassing us by the noise… i wait for two weeks to have their response and then they said will send the complaint letter. I don’t know what they are doing but the upper unit still make a lot of loud sound … even in early morning and late night. We Have to live with these noise in couple of months… we report caretaker and they said they would remind them… and… everything likes noone takes action. It’s poor management!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i think it’s very nice, lots of security but i don’t like the lock on the elevator sometimes when i buzz people in the elevator is still locked and i have to go down,, usually when you buzz someone in the elevator shouldn’t lock but other than that this place is beautiful

Although the original property I wanted was no longer available Shaida kept in contact with me and a few weeks later was able to offer me another apartment. It was an incredibly quick turnover but I thank her so much for working hard to find me an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaida has been absolutely amazing to deal with! My wife and I met her while we were viewing an apartment and she found us the perfect place to live. We are new to the Vancouver area and upon meeting her and telling her about ourselves and current situation she was able to find us an amazing home that we are moving into currently. We’re so excited to live at The Link on Collingwood with our pets! She was always prompt with returning emails and phone calls or messages and kept us in the loop through the whole application process. We’re so grateful to have met her and found our new apartment! 10/10 highly recommend her for your next apartment hunt!
