★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled to Regina for work and stumbled upon Capitol restaurant downtown. Absolutely fantastic down to earth service. Shout out to Joel for the great service and recommendations. I had the tuna appetizer and a Rebellion cerveza style, all local and he was 100% right. Highly recommend checking them out and I'll definitely be back when I'm in town. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartender charged me for doubles when I asked for a ceaser& told me it was an ounce and a half- which is not a double. I also didn’t ask for a double. Dill pickle juice had chunks in it too…kinda gross. Definitely not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was small. It had retro arcade games from the 90s. The staff were friendly. The food great and worth the money. The app fries was good and plenty. The steak was okay a bit too salty. The smash pats were great.
