C	Cyvr Sun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choose here this time for my birthday dinner due to its good repetition on August. We visited the KEG at different places in Great Vancouver many times in past. At that evening, no any warm service in our whole dinner time. Just did it in standard, cold poker, and received tips as normal except its great foods. We always got a birthday cake at Keg's other places but here is nothing even I told the waiter today is my birthday... Compare with other Kegs, we never want spend our money and celebrate our important event here again.

The host seating us was very polite and pointed out everything we may need. Our server, Michael, was very nice and attentive. The issue was my girlfriend made a slight modification to one dish and he seemed to understand and even wrote it down. The dish came out as something completely different with different accompaniments and was even rung in wrong as we could tell on the bill. The food was fairly bland, especially the garlic mashed potatoes. This was pretty disappointing as the staff were nice, but the food quality was just not there. I know the Keg has a pretty high standard and other locations definitely hit the mark. This locations food quality though leaves much to be desired, I would suggest another location.

I tried the Tuna tartar and husband had prime rib (one of our favorites!). Of course we couldn’t leave without sharing a piece of Billy Miner Pie!

Everything is just on point all the time. They also gave us free dessert (the billy miner pie ice cream cake is SO GOOD!!! Not too sweet) since it was an anniversary!

M	MissMel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely dinner for my friend’s birthday. Booking with OpenTable was easy and we chose the Granville Island location as parking is relatively easy, compared to Dntn. The food and flavours were good and the service was wonderful. The hostess double checked our seating request and offered us an alternate seat upstairs, by a window - it was amazing to enjoy the sunshine during our meal. Our Waiter was also friendly, and knowledgeable, with good recommendations. My friend is gluten-free and our Waiter made sure our orders were compliant… The food rolled out at a good pace and our Waiter checked in on us the perfect level. We were very happy with our Waiter. We shared the Shrimp Cocktail, Scallops + Bacon and the Crème Brûlée. We both had the French Onion Ribeye from the Keg 50 menu. My side was the Iceberg Wedge with Blue Cheese dressing - it’s my favourite!!! We both enjoyed our meal and experience. We’ll be back and highly recommend.

We told our friendly waitress, Hannah, that we were sharing and our meals were nicely portioned into 2. The escargot was also delicious, I just wished I had more bread to soak up that amazing garlic herb sauce. The restaurant also offers quite an extensive drink menu, ask the friendly staff for recommendations!

Would definitely recommend this location! Oh and save room for dessert! The best cheesecake and ice cream pie ever!!!!
