We interviewed multiple. I came across Maryam Koochaki direct from a referral from a friend. Maryam listened, and ticked all the boxes we'd meticulously built. Still unsure, we narrowed our process down to two Realtors. Then we decided to go with the Jennifer Jones Team. This proved a recipe for success, from the professional stager Tanya, the brilliance of photography /videography by Kaveh, whom captured every ounce of the positives aspects of our home. The deep clean team, who left it so clean the house looked brand new. The office team for reassuring the journey from start to finish. The proactiveness and attention to detail along with determination to get every little task completed, Maryam pushed prodded and followed up with politeness and a great sense of humor.
