Absolutely amazing burgers were had on a gorgeous sunny afternoon! We had the Hwy burgers and they were a hit even with our meat eating friends. If ever in the area, I'll make sure to go back and try their other burger and wrap options. Patty was freshly made, was crispy yet mushy and the veggies in the burger tasted really fresh too. Overall, a solid 10/10. Critique: They are out of the main town hub, in an industrial park with an outdoor seating arrangement, and yet the prices are a bit steep for a burger that comes with no sides. They don't even sell any sides. I was only 75% full after eating the burger and felt that some fries would have done the trick. But they are a plant based business run by some amazing folks from what I could make out, so they earn my 100% support. Look forward to seeing a menu with available sides (Vegans love their potatoes!) and a bit more justified prices.

Delicious vegan food you must try even if you are a meat lover, you’ll definitely love it! My favorite is the Chicken Wrap (Bbq) and don’t forget a cone of delicious creamy ice cream for dessert!

Without a doubt the tastiest wraps and burgers I've ever eaten. Flavours are delicious. Portion size and value is incredible. Even if you're not vegan you wouldn't even know let alone care. Leo and Laura are some of the loveliest and friendliest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. 2 of the hardest workers in the game. Seeing their smiling faces and having a quick chat when I go in is always a highlight. Try this place out. It'll become a firm favourite I swear.

Unexpected surprise to find this vegan place outside the main town of Pemberton. The place is easy to miss among the industrial setups along this road. Small establishment but creative menu and unique flavors. Tried the Hwy burger and falafel wrap. Burger patty was a good mix of veggies and put together well. Falafel is very different than a typical falafel. Both portion sizes are quite large. Would have liked the spice level to be bit higher to punch up things. The place has limited outdoor seating (weather permitting) with great views of the mountains. Nice place to stop if you are driving by this area and don't want just the regular fast food joints.

The falafel wrap and breakfast burger made for a delicious lunch with nice big portions. Had the iced coffee and perfectly soft chocolate chip cookies for dessert, definitely recommend those too!

Absolutely incredible food, best wraps and burger I’ve ever had in all of my days. Changing the trajectory of our road trip just so that we can go back here, I just can’t say enough about how insanely delicious everything is. Plus, you get treated to one heck of a view. 20/10

For me it is the best place for a vegan meal in the region! All dishes are vegan and they are all super tasty! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, always a great experience going there. The wraps are huge and the price very good!! I don't know what else to say, just that I hope they open new locations soon, in Squamish, Whistler, Vancouver, we need them ?

All I can say is wow! The Hwy Cafe is incredible. My husband ordered the BBQ chicken wrap (soy curls) and I ordered the falafel wrap. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful (we aren’t even vegan). The house made sauce perfectly complimented the falafel. No contest, those were the best wraps we have ever eaten, anywhere. The food was so good, we left feeling satisfied and happy. In addition the to incredible food, the staff was exceptionally friendly. There are a handful of outdoor tables if you’d like to β€œdine in” (there is no indoor seating). They also had ice cream but we didn’t try it this time. I wish a place like this existed in Seattle so I could eat these wraps every week. Next time my husband and I are in Whistler, we’ll be driving up to Pemberton to lunch at the Hwy Cafe. It’s worth every km of the 30 min drive.
