★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Home Depot typically has all of the items that i need in stock. The only issue with this home depot is that sometimes it is a pain in the butt to find somebody to cut some lumber. When i eventually find somebody, they are usually very courteous and open to helping; can't complain about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick drop-in to pickup some items which I had already identified availability and location within the store via the Home Depot app. Solid COVID protocols in place. Very helpful staff got me checked out in a couple of minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time! Go across the parking lot to Canadian Tire to cut your keys.
I stopped at the Ajax Home Depot yesterday morning to simply cut a few keys. The guy running the key cutting centre was not only unhelpful but also rude. I attempted to hand him my first key and instantly he said “we don’t copy those keys” I then simply asked for some clarification as I was confused as to why they would decline my key. He then changes his statement to “we don’t have any blanks in stock right now” at that point I just let it go and proceeded to attempt to hand him the other keys. As I’m doing so he abruptly walks away and says “come back next week” leaving me standing in front of the desk alone… His behaviour was completely uncalled for. They need to train their staff better and/or execute a more thorough background check for their employees in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I went to Home Depot at Ajax location and I was very happy the way they helped me, I really wanted to thank Norma and Liliana for help me with return as it was complicated and Norma spent almost over an hour on phone with customer service to fix my issues.
I feel Norma and Liliana are really big asset for Home Depot and both were very patients and helpful to me.
I always prefer to go to Ajax location due to this reason as staff is very helpful and kind.
Thanks again to both Norma and Liliana and continue doing what you are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at this Home Depot location and although I don’t usually get much pleasant service or help from most Home Depot locations, I was very impressed with the carry out service. The gentlemen working the parking lot on the evening of January 12 provided stellar service and went above and beyond. He helped me load items to my car and was surprisingly pleasant about doing so. It was very much appreciated. I look forward to shopping at this location again.
